I'm Reiki Master Practitioner Mark. 

As a Nurse and medical professional, I wanted to know more about alternative forms of medicine for help with pain, mood, anxiety and stress.

I found Reiki and tried it myself.  Like so many others, I first had my doubts about Reiki energy.  It seemed like something too "out there".  How could energy be channeled or be sent to others to help improve their lives? How could energy healing be a real thing? Let me tell you it's very real! I speak from personal experience having witnessed it for myself and many others.

I went on to become a Certified Reiki Master to allow me to share this wonderful form of alternative therapy with others.

     What one experiences during a Reiki treatment varies somewhat from person to person. However, feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. 

In addition, many feel a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds them.  As the Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings a state of peace and well-being is experienced. Reiki has a positive effect on all forms of illness and negative conditions. I've been able to help a variety of people with various issues using an integrative approach with Reiki, Spiritual Coaching, Sound Healing & Meditation. My clients have included medical professionals, writers, teachers, students and business professionals.  Their issues have included depression, anxiety, stress, work issues, mental blocks for writing and pain to name a few. I also have worked with animals using distance Reiki to assist in faster healing and recovery from injury or illness. Reiki has something to offer everyone seeking to improve their life.
